Documentation to

Be Submitted

a. Completely filled in VISA OR RESIDENT PERMIT APPLICATION FORM, two recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photos;  

b. Data page of valid passport, and copy of the visa with the latest entry stamp of the applicant (original required) ; 
c. The original of the certificate of check-in in Ningbo (issued by the hotel or the police substation of the area where the lodging takes place)  
d. Aliens coming to travel in China should submit the official letter from the hosting institution ; those having not been invited by a hosting institution should submit financial affidavit for living expense in China (US$100 per day).

e. Other credentials required by the entry and exit departments
