Documentation to

Be Submitted

a.Completely filled in “Application Form for Visa and Residence Permit of Foreigners”, two recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photos;  

b.Data page of valid passport, and copy of the visa with the latest entry stamp of the applicant (original required) ; 

c.The original of the certificate of check-in in Ningbo (issued by the hotel or the police substation of the area where the lodging takes place)

d.Copy of the duplicate of the business licenses of the hosting company or institution

e.The application report of the hosting company or institution

f.Other credentials required by the entry and exit departments of the public security bureau
