Documents to be submitted
1.Land Registration Application Form (1 Copy);
2.Copy of the ID Card of the Applicant (1 Copy);
3.Copy of the Contract for Sales of Commercial Housing (1 Copy)
4.Copy of House Purchase Contract's Invoice (1 Copy)
5.Copy of the House Purchase Record Card (1 Copy)
Other documentations required for non-individual house purchasers:
① Copy of Legal Representative Certificate (1 Copy)
② Letter of Authorization for Land Registration (1 Copy)
③ Copy of the Business License or the Corporate Code Certificate (One Copy) 
④ Copy of ID Card of the Legal Person and the ID Card of the Responsible Peron (1 Copy Respectively)
The copies of the Housing Property Certificate and the Title Deeds of houses are required when the purchaser come to fetch the Certificates.
