400 yuan for residence permit under one year, 800 yuan for residence permit for one year or more, 1,000 yuan for residence permit for 1 to 3 years.

Documents to submit

a.Completely filled “Application Form for Visa and Residence Permit of Foreigners”, two recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photos;
b.Data page of valid passport, and copy of the visa with the latest entry stamp of the applicant;
c.The original of the certificate of check-in in Ningbo (issued by the hotel or the police substation of the area where the lodging takes place);
d.The letter of application of the school where the student is studying, Form JW201 or JW 202 and the Matriculation Notice;
e.The Health Certificate issued by Ningbo Municipal Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine (except for personnel under 18);
f.Other certificates that the public security office and the immigration administrative department require the applicant to submit.
