Chinese citizens and the spouses, parents and children under the full age of 18 years of aliens with the “Permanent Residence Permit”.

Documentation to Be Submitted

a.Completely filled in “Application Form for Visa and Residence Permit of Foreigners”, two recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photos;  

b.Data page of valid passport, and copy of the visa with the latest entry stamp of the applicant (original required) ; 

c.The original of the certificate of check-in in Ningbo (issued by the hotel or the police substation of the area where the lodging takes place)

d. Foreign spouses should submit certificate of marriage;

e. Foreign parents and children should submit kinship certification;

f.If visiting residents in Chinese mainland, the applicant must submit the certificates for local permanent residence register of the relatives or relevant certification for the actual places of their stay and their ID cards;

g.If visiting overseas Chinese or residents from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, the applicant must submit their ID cards and certification for the stay in Ningbo for over 6 months;
h.If visiting aliens in China with “Permanent Residence Permit”, the applicant must submit the Permanent Resident Permit of the relative.
i.Other credentials required by the entry and exit departments of the public security bureau
