Ningbo Museum is located in the southern business district of Ningbo, with the government of Yinzhou District in the north, Yinzhou Park in the south, and Yinzhou Cultural Square in the east. It takes only 15 minutes to drive to Ningbo Lishe International Airport and 4 kilometers to the entrance and exit of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway Dazhujia. The architectural design of Ningbo Museum advocates the concept of “new localism”, which integrates Ningbo's regional culture

The exhibition of Ningbo Museum consists of three parts: the theme display (Oriental “Shenzhou”), the special exhibition (Bamboo Engraving Exhibition, Folklore Exhibition) and the temporary special exhibition, with the theme display as the focus and the special exhibition as highlights. Each part has its own unique characteristic. However, they form a system and displays the overall effect. In particular, the special exhibition highlights the unique collections of major museums at home and abroad and famous Ningbo collectors and artists. Collections in the museum include precious bronzes, porcelain, bamboo carvings, jade articles, paintings, gold and silverware, folk customs and other cultural relics from prehistoric Hemudu culture to modern times.

1. The basic exhibitions are open to the public for free, and special exhibitions require tickets;
