After the technician input commands and monitored the operational parameters via the system, the “robot colleagues” began dynamically grasping and visually sorting the automotive parts. On July 4, at the air-testing production line of Ningbo Asiaway Auto Parts Co., Ltd., four humanoid robots were working collaboratively, placing qualified, questionable, and defective products into plastic baskets of different colors. These humanoid robots, developed and manufactured by a local Ningbo enterprise, are primarily employed to handle such tasks as the “air-testing of machined parts”. The work efficiency of each robot is equivalent to that of three skilled operators, with the product inspection accuracy rate consistently exceeding 99%.
