In recent days, the rural cultural reception center project in Dayingxi Township under Fenghua has entered the stage of completion and acceptance. Construction personnel are busy calibrating equipment and completing work on greening and cleaning. It is reported that the project is located in Houfan Village, Dayan Township, with a total investment of about RMB 25 million and covering an area of about 5.7 mu. It is built by renovating the former Dayan old rice wine factory, integrating functions such as cultural exhibitions and research-and-study experiences. This mountain-area “cultural lounge” is expected to be put into use in mid-October.
