On September 24, at the 5th Global Digital Trade Expo, Yinzhou District of Ningbo released the first list of 12 scenarios for innovation, and openly solicited solutions from global enterprises to seize the new track of AI landing with real scenario data.

The list covers such fields as modern agriculture, automotive parts, new materials, health, education, and cultural tourism, including “AI + automotive parts manufacturing”, “AI4Material + new material research and development”, “AI + medical intelligence and digital health”, “AI + future education”, “good houses + digital homes”, “AI + industry data collection and application”, “embodied intelligence + digital elderly care”, “trendy consumption + agriculture, culture and tourism”, “AI + low-altitude applications”, “AI + agricultural industry”, “natural ecology + integrated development of science and technology”, and “embodied intelligence + manufacturing”.

Currently, artificial intelligence is moving from “technological breakthroughs” to “scenario implementation”. Only those who can actively open up real scenarios and accumulate high-quality data can strive for the initiative in the next round of industrial competition. Behind the list stand the “real production lines, real data, and real users”.

In the field of automotive parts, there are now over 900 related enterprises in Yinzhou District with a total output value of over 60 billion yuan in 2025. The quality inspection vertical model has been validated and implemented in companies like BorgWarner and Shenglong. In the field of healthcare, it has accumulated nearly 20 years of comprehensive medical and health data covering over 1.7 million permanent residents. In the field of education, the education digital base covers 208 schools and 180,000 teachers and students. In the field of elderly care, there are nearly 270,000 registered elderly over 60 years old in the district. In terms of low-altitude economy, Xianxiang Town has an exclusive airspace with the height of 600 meters and the area of 50 square kilometers. The annual tourist volume of the Dongqian Lake has exceeded 10 million people.

“There are different operational scenarios, specialized clinical diagnosis and treatment issues, and data governance issues in the current medical field. In the future, we should collaborate with different models like plugins within the same big model framework, meet the needs in the process of data use, and combine medical knowledge updates, annotation systems, and standardized implementation to connect models through data iteration. This will play a better role in hospital operations, early diagnosis and screening of diseases, prediction, and risk assessment”, said Yang Yue, Director of Research Cooperation Department of DIAGENS Co. At the expo, the first batch of “Scenario Innovation Partners” were awarded on site, including 36Kr, AI4C, Sensors Data, OS China, Tencent Cloud, and HIGHEND. Some representatives from participating companies agreed that the open scenario model of Yinzhou District has provided a rare opportunity for artificial intelligence enterprises to scale up and commercialize their projects.

According to a related person in charge from Yinzhou District, the district will continue to deepen its cultivation of the four major systems of scenario, industry, platform and service, and upgrade the “AI+” core scenarios in a rolling manner, extending towards modern services, urban governance, and other tracks. In the meantime, targeted recruitment of leading enterprises, innovative teams, and high-end computing resources will promote the deep integration of AI with such leading industries as automotive parts, high-end equipment, and new materials.
