Tang Feifan, male, Han ethnicity, a native of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, was born in March 1972. He began his first job in July 1992 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in July 1998. He graduated from a graduate program of Party School of the CPC Central Committee。

Lead the comprehensive work of the municipal government. Responsible for finance, auditing, and other related work. In charge of the Municipal Finance Bureau, Municipal Audit Bureau, and Municipal Advisory Committee.
